  • Unique service or product offering and able to provide multi channel strategy
  • Willingness to change and to accept external expertise and control and management alongside transparent reporting and accounting
  • Attractiveness for future investors (exit)
  • Priority to sectors and geography where the partners have deep insight such as retail, consumer products and services
